Oil change and took an hour as they said
This is the second time I received terrible service from this dealership. Today I took my car in for an oil change. I dropped it off at 3pm and asked them to call for payment when it was done. At 745 I had to call to initiate my payment... since closing time was at 8pm. When I dropped it off I had said, do not wash my vehicle as I just had it detailed. If there was 10 stars I would give 10. My father and I delt with Andy and we couldn’t be happier. We walked away with a 2018 Lincoln MkC. I would recommend Andy to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease a Lincoln or Ford.

I had the best experience with Friendly Ford Lincoln. I also had the best salesman EVER! Andy Omler is very dedicated to what he does. He spent about a week working every curve to get me out of my car, and ultimately got me into a brand new 2018 Ford Explorer! He spent many hours (even after hours) getting me into this car!
