Have utilized the service department at Friendly Ford a few times now and have been very happy with the service.
In leasing the new truck which is our third time leasing from Friendly Ford the care that I received was top notch. I don't believe that I could have been treated any better by this dealership or another in leasing this new truck. I was treated with respect and the staff was very professional and they saw to it that my needs were met. Thank you Friendly Ford.

Fast friendly service. It's the only place to service my Lincoln! Reasonable price.
We live 45 minutes away from the dealership so getting the oil changed has typically been a 4+ hour event. After repeatedly requesting the dealership instituting a system to reduce the time to get the oil changed, they set up a system where you call when you leave so that they know what to expect, which was intended to reduce the wait time. We tried this system last week and it had no effect on the time required to complete the service. We love our MKC. The car rides well and does good on gas. Friendly Ford gives us good service.
