Picked up a 2017 red Mustang convertible and really enjoyed my time at Friendly everyone is nice also very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and the best way to do it I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased my 2012 Escape at Friendly Ford and have All of the service completed there. Very fast and friendly service. Thank you for being there and knowing what is needed.

I wish there was a less than 1 star rating! Brought our car in for recall warranty work and when we picked it up it had damage from the lift! What's great is they told us that they weren't gonna pay for the damage that THEY CAUSED!!! I'll never recommend them again! Dishonest shop with dishonest employees who won't fess up to their bad workmanship! What a disgrace!

Took my truck there after they had worked on it. It was throwing a knock sensor code, told them about it and asked if it had to do with their work. They had it for two days then called and told me the same thing I told them then told me how much it would cost to look into it. So I went and picked up my truck then they charged me to tell me what I told them. Went home pulled intake off and found problem less then 20 min. The put knock sensors in and didn't line them up with the mold of the intake causing my wires to wear and ... read more

My experience with friendly ford service dept. For the third time was terrible. I had the works service done and on the very next day had to have my tires filled something that should have been done. Would not recommend this dealership.

Rear window glass had bad defrost said I was over miles didn't need til now so I'm sure it has been bad for awhile, also they said they get a few of these a month seems to to a problem. Not very good customer service at used cars

Had a major brake problem on my 2008 MKZ ! Ford Motor Company wouldn't cover anything because they said it's too old. It only has 54000 miles on it. But Friendly Ford found the way to help us. The parts were very expensive , plus the labor but they found a way to help us .We will be seeing them for our next vehicle in the near future!
