Friendly Ford is the only place I will take my car to; fast, friendly, reliable service! They get me in and out quickly and if it is busy they'll let you know it will be a wait. Mike in the service department, is terrific- hand him my keys and he knows what I need. I appreciate the car wash too! Thanks for taking care of me and my car, you all are appreciated!

They suck. I've had to go in there twice due to my subframe being fractured because of the crossbars put in and they're no help at all. All I got was "bring it on tomorrow we'll see what we can do" or one of the employees that actually work on the cars said "I don't want to get involved with that" I love ford but man this place wasn't a help at all. ��

Took my Mustang in for the air bag recall and a new battery..the service department took me in right away and was out in no time..Everyone in service was great and definitely will be back..
