Excellent service. I have a 2011 Ford F150. I love the shuttle service you offer. Don't like the wait time for a oil change but have never had bad service. Everyone is always very nice.

As this is only the second oil change on my new F150 I wanted it done at the dealer and not an oil change shop. When I pulled in on a Wednesday morning I was told it would be about 2 hours before they could get to it. I was in a bit of a hurry so that would not fit into my schedule. I purchased a used Lincoln MKZ from Friendly Ford and Carlo Grassi - I could not have been more pleased with the experience!!!
