This place is a joke!! $86 for a oil change and tire rotation on a 2012 Fusion. Made one call to Gorno afterwards $60. Just another Monroe business taking advantage of local patrons

Alternator light was on, took in for service, my f350 has TWO alternators.(lucky me). They checked it out, and the main one was the bad one, plus the idler pulley was bad. They replaced both items . lights out. I would like to thank FRIENDLY FORD LINCOLN for getting it in ASAP. And fixing the problem!!!!

Love me some Friendly Ford Lincoln!! The staff was helpful and polite. Joei Lemanski helped me decide on my new Escape. She was so patient and knowledgeable in all the models I asked about. She helped me stay within my budget but get all the options that were important to me. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle!
From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect and great care concerning my purchase. Andy gave me everything I asked for and then some and at the price I was happy with. He walked me through my features to make sure I understood it all and never made me feel as if i was taking too much of his time. I will be a customer for life because of the treament I received here!
I had my 2014 F-150 in for a scheduled oil change. Service had the change done, rotated tires, and did the check list in reasonable time. Thanks Friendly Ford
I had previously submitted a review stating that service was great, but the problem was not resolved. Within a 48 hour period, the service manager contacted us, to set up and personally take care of the issue. I was very happy that the service dept took care of the issue
i took my 2017 Focus in for service. The transmission is shuddering. The end result was that I was told the shuddering was within acceptable limits. As far as I am concerned, if there is a problem, it should be fixed!! I have had many Ford vehicles, and have never experienced this irritating problem. I would not have purchased this vehicle had anyone told me there was a problem with this model. I blame both sales and service. Ford fan no more!!!
