I took my 2004 expedition in for a tune up and they did everything I needed done.they had it 3 days. I need it to go back for 2 items not done
If you take your car to get a repair, don't expect to get it back in a timely manner. I had an appointment, which I waited over month for, and they had my car for several days and never looked at it. Took it back once they were able to give me a loaner car, and they had it was several days, it wasn't fixed. They now have it for a 3rd time and no loaners and I'm not expecting it back anytime soon. So off I go to rent a car.
Andy Is simply the best! We went in after a few weeks of not getting anywhere with other dealerships. Going in we were thinking we wouldn’t get anywhere here either. A friend recommended Andy to us. We are so glad we went in! Told him what we wanted and he made it happen! He was the best we dealt with anywhere!! Definitely recommend

I am so glad I am a part of the Friendly Ford Lincoln family. Everyone is so friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. I was less than an hour waiting for my oil change and maintenance checkup my first time recently. I definitely recommend them when looking for your next vehicle.
Missed the opportunity to replace the brakes and rotors, and did not diagnose that the lower ball joints and control arms needed to be replaced. Every time we brought the car in, we were asked "Why?" (since it was a different brand than most of the ones sold there) and had to keep repeating that this is where we bought the car.
