My first car I bought was bought here, my parents and the rest of my family and friends have always bought here. But Friendly Ford just lost a lot of sales and service. I just got off the phone to hear her update on her car issue and was appalled to hear how the Service Mgr talked to my mother. My mom and niece had her car serviced before their roadtrip to Key West. They must not want business real bad because it took days for someone to contact me after I expressed interest in a car online, then when someone finally called me I was told they would call me back later in the day with more information. Never heard back from them so I called them again and was told they never actually did what they told me they’d do and would call me back later and that was the last I heard.
My poor rating is based solely on the service department. I had always heard unpleasant things about service here, but figured I’d give them a shot, being a hometown dealership. I will not make the mistake of returning to this location. From zero communication to false timelines, my experience was anything but positive. Did anyone bother to apologize or attempt to make up for my inconveniences? Absolutely not. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you need anything done to your vehicle service-wise.
Drove from the Trenton area to check out this dealership due to a local Lincoln dealership was under construction at the time. We were amazed as to how Friendly all that staff members are, from the service department, showroom, and body and paint (had a boo boo from the factory on our Nautilus roof and was immediately attended too). Friendly Ford / Lincoln is truly a Friendly place to be taken care of. Highly recommened it.
I have dealt with Friendly Ford for several years, both in retail and service, and I have never had a negative experience.
