stopped by their service department on a Saturday 15 minutes before the were to close. my rear wheel was tilted in and something was loose. just wanted to know if we could drive it safely. they did nothing. didnt even look at it. next day my wife was exiting off the freeway, and it stopped, the rear control arm bolt was missing. I would never recommend Friendly Ford to anyone. Definitely they will not go the extra mile. terrible
After dropping my wife off at Walmart, I brought my 16 month old truck in for oil change, tire rotation and the works. Within an hour truck was done, and parked out front, looking like new..Very nice getting it washed along with service. The short wait was made more pleasant with coffee and cookies..Timing was perfect, my wife was finished shopping, as I returned to pick her up. Great FRIENDLY service.
