The service department was great. The issue that I always seen to have takes place at the customer service counter. When I come to pick up my car. I've had issues with the women who works there. She isn't very friendly too me. The last few times she does not check my rewards to see if I have any credit or am able to get a free oil change. I had a coupon I received in the mail and wanted to use it and she refused to let me. I am a manager and I would never act that way to a customer.

They sold me a used vehicle and I have had issues with it from day one. I Had to take it in for service 7 times within 4 months and it still is not fixed. I am told that ONE of the issues is “normal” but I know several people with the same vehicle and the issue is not “normal” at all. Be careful buying a used vehicle from this dealership.
We have been purchasing or leasing from Friendly Ford Lincoln for the last 25 years. From the family-like atmosphere in the showroom to their vast variety of inventory, Friendly Ford (and Dave Perry) allows our new / used car shopping experience to be fun and effortless...the way it should be!
Worst experience ever salesman didn’t want to sell vehicle. Gave every excuse possible for me not to buy car. I left there went to another dealer purchased vehicle no issues. Pathetic excuse for a dealership.
