My very first visit to Friendly Ford I told them I didn’t need a salesman or a finance man, I needed a miracle worker. I won’t go into a long story. Suffice it to say Mike Brown was my “miracle worker”. He resolved the issues I had with my lease vehicle/contract and I left with a new car.
