We had a gas tank strap break on I75 north near the state line, made arrangements to have it towed here. Yes been going there for 20 years. Purchased many cars. Good service and fair prices. If I had a wish list though would like to see them build an oil change and tire facility or expand their service shop. Sometimes it is days before you can get your car in. Not often but has happened a few times and your without a car for a while. That’s just a wish. Service is still good!
We worked with Blain Whitlow and he did an amazing job. He got us everything we were looking for and made the process easy.
The people are friendly and I did not feel "pushed" into a decision. I was listened to about my "wants" and I was matched with a great vehicle.
Phil, the service manager, is very proactive and helpful and customer focused. This is hands down the best Ford dealership I’ve experienced.
My truck sat there for 4 days and was never looked at. The advisor basically blamed me because I didn’t have an appointment I replied then why the frick does it say no appointment needed on the dam door? This was there last chance with me.
Love Mike Brown! Service was much better in the body shop this last time.

their staff took change and went thrugh my stuff when i went for a recall.....do not trust them to rectify they said i didnt do it and clearly they did.
