Our 2016 Fusion had oil change and standard checks done . No problems and I qualified for a free oil change very surprised .
No problems with the service call
Price for oil change went up from $31.40 to $ 44.50. Labor went up form $9.00 to $15.00, that's a big jump. Oil and filter went up by $6.50. Did it get harder to change my oil, or does it take more time. Time to go back to Belle Tire. Thanks Friendly Ford for the car wash.

The service dept a man named pat
I took my Linc MKS in for an oil change, tire rotation and also a check on a low tire. (light was on). They did a visual check on low tire and turned light off and said to wait until light came on again. When I got home I could see a nail in the front tire. I took the car back the next day and showed them the nail. They said they couldn't repair it, had to had a new tire at $268.
