I recently purchased my second new vehicle from Friendly Ford a 2018 Escape. I’ve always taken my cars to the dealership for maintenance and have always had great service. Al Liparoto is a great salesman to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I have several vehicles and they always have done a great job for me. Last month I needed to get a new truck in before I left town and hey did right before the holiday. Service is top notch. Got it in fixed and released before the holiday. Great place for service and easy to get a ride home if needed. Best of all their prices are good as well, and they do very good work.
I will drive 30 miles out of town to get oil change, worst customer experience here!
Friendly staff got me a ride home & back to Dealership, car done in timely matter also did Great Job.
Since I purchased my Edge in 2013 (Andy Omler is #1) I have had outstanding routine maintenance service. They never try to sell me any service that is not needed and for that reason I have confidence in them.
