We had an awful experience on February 12, 2021. John Riley was the sales man “helping” us. Not only did he refuse to give us the time of day, but he was also very rude to us. We went in looking for a vehicle with a third row. As we went to test drive an Explorer (he really didn’t want to let us), we were told we can go down the street and immediately back. RecommendedHad my truck in the body shop for a bunch of work after hitting a deer. The tech(s) did great work and went out of their way on many things that didnt go unnoticed. Hopefully the work lasts but as for its current state Im very pleased. As particular as i am about my vehicles i will forsure be going back for any shop needs in the future.

My Lincoln had a major recall. I was given a loaner. The repairs were done professionally and timely. When I picked up my car it was clean inside and out. I would highly recommend Friendly Ford Lincoln Service Department.

Had oil change and tire rotation and the mechanic didn’t tighten lugs on front tire. My wife made it a block away almost got in a wreck!
Great experience. Everyone were very friendly and helpful. My salesman worked with me every step of the way. Could not have asked for better treatment.

Service tech specially ordered tires for me that suited my needs. Tires were installed quickly. Car was washed and left in excellent condition. Everyone I dealt with was very professional.
