Slow service in the ER. I asked for help for my love one to go to the restroom and they needed to been unhooked from his IV. They never came. After laying in ER all night with no rooms they bring a deceased body in our ER room. 😳 They took us to the room the next morning that wasn't ready so had to wait in the hall. We asked not to be listed in the hospital directory but they still listed us.
The hospital itself is beautiful. There are SOME incredible staff BUT the food service people can be lazy, unresponsive, unapologetic, completely self righteous and unavailable most of the time. This goes for SODEXO employees. Some of The nurses same!!! It appears that some wait around hiding most of the day to Collect That pay. Where the nation sends its toughest cases!!! Ok. This hospital has the worst of the worst of nurses they are inconsiderate and. need a class in compassion can't wait for my wife to leave that hell hole
Our 17 year old family member was flown to Erlanger with a life threatening injury. The surgeons and nurses went above and beyond for her. We are so thankful. Lauren will leave the trauma ICU today after being in for 1 week. She will recover thanks to God and the nurses and doctors at Erlanger. Thank you and God Bless you all
My mother was in several of the IC Units in the last five weeks, her treatment was inhumane. Three nurses were decent, several (resident) Drs came in daily, and everyone of them had a different plan or diagnosis than the other. So so many mistakes were made, too many to mention. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. We buried my mother today, thanks to Erlanger Hospital !!!
His surgery team was top notch, thank you for taking such great care of my son.
Everyone was helpful and friendly and especially cheerful. The work done was great.
This hospital is a nest of liars and thieves. They should be ashamed of themselves. Stay out of here if you can help it.
