I gave birth two weeks ago at Erlanger downtown. It was a WONDERFUL experience. All of the doctors, nurses, and techs took a genuine interest in the welfare of my baby and me. I felt part of a community of professionals at the ready to bring my new baby into the world. The lactation experts especially were wonderful, and I encourage any other mothers delivering there to take advantage of that resource. Very impressed with the quality of care, the staff, nurses and drs. My husband was transferred here from Murphy NC for pneumonia and a heart attack. Within 24 hours stents were put in for the blocked arteries and pneumonia has greatly improved. Thank you for the wonderful caring and quick thorough treatment my husband has received.
We have been in er since 4:45 yesterday, post surgery issue, still havent seen the surgeon almost 24 hours later, lack of service, do not go here if you have another option!
I have just finished up 33 radiation treatments at the Erlanger Cancer Center. I want to thank Dr. Craig Swafford in Dayton, Tn. for the team of doctors that have seen me on this journey. Dr. Swafford is the caring and experienced surgeon that removed the tumor. He referred me to Doctor Larry Schlabach and Doctor Frank Kimsey for the further treatment I needed. Visited my Dr this week. Very beautiful lobby. Had the jewelry show going on enjoyed seeing all the Jewelry. Worked at Erlanger for 39 years in business office. Excellent place to work. I have 2 different Drs at Erlanger that I see regular Like going home. Merry Christmas everyone

Everyone treated me with respect and friendliness..good experience at Miller eye center..my family member was kept informed as my procedure started and ended and my progress...good job
I was first seen in the emergency room at Erlanger East after been diagnosed I had to be transported to Erlanger downtown when I got to the emergency room I think it was around between 4:30 and 5:30 they took me back after I was so the doctors came in spoke with me talk to me more about my diagnosis and told me that I would be a minute every so often after that the nurse kept coming in telling me and my family that they were still working on the room around 1130 something to 12 they move me out of one part of the emergency r... read more
