I just want to thank Erlanger for having Dr. Kristopher Sanders in the Medical Mall. I've never encountered a specialist who was so concerned, courteous, and genuinely listened to what was being said before he treated my disabled brother's complaint. We were in and out within one hour. Dr. Sanders is an Orthopedic ROCK STAR!!
All the staff was nice and had a quick procedure and was in and out in a few hrs. Dr had to wait for them to bring me in other then that it was a good relaxing (as can be) experience.
We had our child in the downtown location last week. While the hospital itself was fine (hospitals feel weird), the nursing staff was astonishingly good. They were always present, informative, honest, professional and comforting. That's something that you can read about, but to experience it leaves a genuine impression. Our first child's birth was a trying, frightening experience, and the Erlanger nurses expertly gave us time and attention over and over again. Doctors don't care. Doctors don't listen. You can learn more on webmd and other related sites than you can from these doctors. All they want to do is prescribe, prescribe, and more prescribe! Doctors don't spend much time and think everything can be fixed by acid reducers and klonopin. Pathetic!!
