I have no complaints other than they need to hire more help.when I worked there, they had several RNs to each wing of every floor then several LPNs, nurses aids and orderly. The care and. efficiency was beyond reproach. Employees were pleasant because they weren't stressed out and overworked. Surely someone is more interested in quality care than making money at the expense of the patients and care givers. God bless the medical community and return care to it.
This blog is not kept up to date. There is information that is two years old. It was a waste of time to read this.
The staff at Erlanger are very courteous and helpful these chicks are awesome thank you jordan and Brandie for helping me through the pain and for being wonderful do what you do it makes you beautiful.....Also to my dr. It's pretty ridiculous when your 63 year old grandma has a broken back and she has to sit in the hallway for a good 7 hours before she can even get a room after a car accident. Don't even help with the pain or the fact that she is freezing and they give her a sheet. She has no pillow at all to help her even try to get comfortable. I will never ever take anyone I love or family members there again. I hope and pray she gets better treatment tomorrow and has the surgery that should have been done when she got there like it was ... read more
I think its bullshit that someone with a broke back gets left in a damn hallway for 7 hours at the ripe old age of 63 after being in a car wreck. not only that but she also had to piss on her self because "it was not their responsibility to take care of her" and that "there are more critical patients at the moment" and "they don't have time right now" with 20 fucking so called nurses there working tonight!!! all of them on their phones having a damn good time snickering and laughing. hmm how much do you make to be a rude ass... read more
Hahahaha! This place is a freaking joke! Nasty room in the ER, very unsanitary, nurse didn't even wear gloves when taking my blood or handling it, for that matter. The attending Doctor acted like I was an idiot. Went in with extremely high blood sugar, and never ONCE got insulin. Came home and my husband (who is not a doctor) took better care of me. I am in cancer remission and unfortunately have been treated very poorly. No one seems to want to help. Cut me off while I'm speaking and treats me like I am unintelligent. I wouldn't expect that from a Cancer treatment center.
