Can't get any information. Then when you get information it is all untrue. Nurses sitting on cell phones not answering call bells. Bed alarms going off. Iv infiltrating. No one cares about the pt. Worst hospital ever. Promises from floor mgr. And administration that we're all untrue. The typical run around.
I'm from out of town and this hospital is by far the worst I've ever seen. I have pics where my Father In-Law was mistreated in my opinion .
Went to Erlanger North early Sunday morning (nov. 8) after I had tripped and broken my toe. The receptionist, nurse and Doctor were very nice, professional and efficient. I was assessed, xrayed and "fixed" in 20 minutes! So, I give them an a plus !
Erlanger downtown where I gave birth to my son was horrible. The staff while i giving birth was amazing but after they got me to my room, and my mom left they treated me and my bf horrible. One nurse slapped my hand. Then took my son for a tox screen that she said would,take 15 minutes and it took almost 3 hours. Then we found out they don't even do tox screens. Erlanger North in Red Bank brings down the entire system. The quality and level of service is sub par compared to that of the main hospital. Both of my experiences with Erlanger North have been horrific. Last night my 81 year old mother-in law was taken there by ambulance. She was suffering with severe back pain and was unable to walk or even move.
