I Love this Hospital. We use some of the specialist here. They all are very caring and understanding. Always 5 Star.
Not at all happy with Erlanger. If there is anyway I can have my father transported to another hospital today, I will.

Worst ever! We have had a horrible experience. We were transferred here after a mild stroke. We sat in the er for 30 hours. Then we wanted 3 days on an mri then only to wait until 30 hours for a Dr to read it of the 15 doctors we have seen over the 4 days, we haven't seen the same one twice. We still have no answers!
Had outpatient surgery yesterday, and the whole experience was first class. It started with an incredibly friendly parking valet. Once inside the surgical services team was professional, friendly and highly competent. The waiting and prep areas are clean and modern. The nursing and operating room staff were also top notch. My surgery started on time and produced the desired outcome. I've got to say it was the best hospital experience I've ever had.
