I go in can't breathe. Turns out I have pneumonia. They actually made me walk to X-ray. Finally got out after 5 hours. Worst part. They are the best in town.
Absolutely the worst experience for my daughter who is 30 weeks pregnant! She has kidney stones and was admitted on 12-29-14. Her first two nurses were angels and clearly loved their jobs. After p.m. shift took over on 12-30-14 it was a nightmare. Rude,careless,uncaring, I don't want to be here all of their faces. I'm not doing anything but what I have to do (BP,Temps, meds., I guess if I have to) attitudes. I am here quite often being that ALL my doctors are here in one place. That is now about the ONLY positive thing I can find about it. The customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. Registration runs hot and cold with the way they treat people. The guides are rude and actually chased me down to try to take a wheelchair away from me WHILE I was using it, after I had just told them I would bring it right back, to which they said was fine.
