I wish I could say 0 stars, honestly. My father was transported from Memorial yesterday afternoon with a concussion, brain bleeding, and a skull fracture. Almost 24 hours later, he is STILL in the ER. He was supposed to have neuro checks every 2 hours. NOBODY CAME IN AT ALL, ALL NIGHT LONG. They did not give him a call button, no food, no vital checks, nothing!! After speaking to 5 doctors, multiple nurses, patient advocates, nurse administrators, all we have gotten was apologies, but still no info. Nobody knows anything. Al... read more
I was transferred to Erlanger for a Copperhead bite. I've never been to a hospital who's staff continuously went above and beyond in every way. Great facility with great people.
Gold center stroke center my tail! Let my mom lay symptomatic in the er for ruptured aneurysm for 4 hrs bc a team didn't want to come in on call before 430 AM. Cost my mom 26 days in icu and pushed her out the door without the life long scripts she needed. Case management , house supervisors and discharge planning was a joke! Neurosurgeons and icu staff were awesome but next time I have a helicopter on the ground asking where I want to go for stroke it will not be Erlanger !
