Three years ago there were some amazing nurses and people that helped me when my appendix ruptured miss all the nurses that helped me and brought me some zaxbys
Intermediate Care Unit is horrible. The laziest and rudest nurses I have ever encountered. Let my mom sit in her own urine for over 4 hours. The list goes on and on but my guess it won't do any good u o complain because nothing EVER gets done. Will not come back! Would rather take my chances at Hutcheson and that's saying ALOT!
Dr Lydia Speer at Erlanger Womens East is great. Both of my appointments I was seen within 15 after I signed in. The staff courteous and respectful and cheerful. Dr Speer is through, attentive, compassionate, and works as a team with you. I feel well cared for and am very confident in Dr Speer. I graduated from BEH over 40 years ago and my high expectations were met and I will refer all my friends and family to Dr Speer.
Pediatric eurology, this was our second visit, both times we've had to wait well over an hour passed out appointment to even get called back. This is a pediatric office, your making kids wait for hours! Shame on you!!
The new company that has taken over the food court SUCK!! ! THEY RUSH YOU & ARE NOT FRIENDLY. THEY HAVE STOPPED SERVING FOOD AFTER 10PM THE DRINK COOLERS ARE CHAINED AND LOCKED THERE IS NO WHERE NEAR THE SELECTION THAT THERE WAS. I HAVE BEEN HERE WITH A FAMILY MEMBER SINCE THE FIRST OF JULY ONLY ATE ONCE A DAY WHEN THINGS CALMED DOWN AT NITE BUT NOW YOU HAVE TAKEN THAT FROM ME! ! SO I HOPE YOU GUYS ARE SAVING BUNCHES of MONEY AND ARE BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE IS.
I have never been to such a sham of a medical facility. Every experience I've had here has been incompetent at best. They don't even deserve the one star. Awful!
The best hospital in Chattanooga I love erlanger
The nursing staff is the worst I've ever seen. Especially the labor and delivery nurses.
