TERRIBLE service and wait time. it's obvious you don't care about your patients!
Let me start by saying I am personally in the medical field and have never experienced or witnessed the lack of care my father recently received at Erlanger. He was brought to the ER with stroke like symptoms, needless to say my parents are elderly and we arrived 3 hours later to find them sitting in a very small room in the ER with still no information as to what has happened. We've been here for over 7 hours now. This place is definitely the worst!
Erlanger represents the very worst standard in healthcare. Had no toilet paper in ER bathroom, no pillow covers, spills on floor uncleaned, excessive time in ER, mother in substantial pain due to pain medication being removed for entire day caused withdrawal symptoms such as tremors, literally a doctor did not come see her period. If this system allowed it, I would post video. Funny Kevin Spiegel (CEO/President) speaks of leadership on his page on the Erlanger website...Erlanger is void of the effects of leadership. they do not know what they are doing here and they don't take proper care of their patients. very very disappointed. y'all need to really get it together and take better care of your patients!
The empathy and care and wisdom is genuine. I have a pretty serious spine surgery to repair one that was messed up, on August 29,2018, by Dr. Miller with Erlanger Neurology department. I was terrified , the first surgery was just a horrible healing and recovery time. Dr. Miller was so kind and concerned and he had empathy. He said surgery, repair the whole thing. RecommendedI love having most of my doctors in one place! valet service is great for surgery but the parking garage is a bit of a mess. Just get there early and all is good.
they should star by cleaning that dump up and have caring nurse staff........I HAD TO WAIT IN THAT DIRTY NASTY WAITING ROOM FOR OVER 15HOURS....THAT HOSPITAL IS VERY..SORRY
I had a surgery at surgical solutions on 9/14/2018. My wife drove me, we had valet service take our car which was very convenient. My wife and I could stay together going in. Every employee that I came in contact with was very outstanding professional. I was greeted with a good morning from everyone I came in contact with. My wife stayed in my first room until I went to pre op. In pre op each nurse was very nice and made me not at all nervous about my first operation.
