Had a minor heart attack and the staff was heaven sent! A special thanks to Austin, Charise, Joseph, Taryn, and the rest of the young guns for their kindness and professionalism. A huge thanks to the doctors....Baily, Wingerter, Ban and the rest of the gang. My life has changed for the better, thanks to these men and women.
From the trauma team, to the surgery team, and the nurses, I enjoyed my stay at Erlanger. I don't have any real complaints about them. They were very patient with me, and considerate of how much pain and discomfort I was in. And the nurses on the 6th floor were great!
My mother was brought to your ER with suspicion of a mini stroke. In your ER, her blood pressure was 205/85, the alarm went off, but no one came. She was sent to an MRI of her brain with a severe headache that was causing her to sweat. No pain medication was administered beforehand. Her dentures were lost when she was moved to a regular room because the workers put them in a sick bag instead of a cup, and they were thrown away.
