This hospital is top notch in every avenue except ER. They are lacking in every aspect. After waiting there for 4 hrs and throwing up the entire time we left. My son took me to Erlanger North. I cannot say enough good about their staff, from receptionist, NA, nurses and Drs. Thank you all for your caring, intelligence and efficiency.
Erlanger you need to do serious work with your hospital! My mother got here with a stroke level B/P was told by MD they were treating it as a “mild stroke “ and admitting her because they want to do an MRI .... she is laying on a stretcher literally at the nurses station and has been here for 9HOURS!!!! We have heard every nurse talking about every patient and not 1 person has so much as spoken to her to check on her since she asked to go to bathroom at 530........beyond mad. Copied this from a friend.
I understand how e.r.s work, but waiting hours on end defeats the purpose of calling it an e.r. would you rename it "when we get to it care" or "we've intentionally understaffed the e.r. care"
My mom was transferred there last night because we wanted her at a better hospital. Little did we know we was going to have to deal with all the mess. My mom was not in the best shape and I know that everyone is sick right now but it was ridiculous. There was people laying everywhere with blankets and towels all in the floor where people had vomited and not cleaned up. My little Girl was born on 02/08/2018 33 weeks and 6 days. She is happy and healthy growing day by day in the NICU. Nurse Joe and Mitzi have been amazing towards us and keep us up to date. We have had a very pleasant and joyful stay as the staff is beyond kind to us. Thank you Erlanger hospital and staff for everything from day 1.
Linda Leach is heartless and careless. She doesn’t listen to your concerns. She doesn’t care how your feeling or what works for you. I have nothing nice to say. My first visit she basically said I was a drug seeker. I’m going through three major life crisis at once. I’ll be posting my opinion on every where it’s allowed.
