The 7th floor stroke team is amazing !!! Wonderful loving and caring nurses and doctors !! "Weezy" in particular !!���
Well let's see... when I first arrived the nurse at the check in counter was nice and polite.... then got the registration person and as she looks at my insurance she said "oh it's one of them plans" with a smart attitude. I then went on to tell her my deductible had been met and she wanted to ask me how.... Um woman because I pay for my insurance! This lady was very rude and a pure out b word!!!! Two experiences, two screws from their contracted providers. First, an anesthesiologist who never sends a bill, then sends me to collections for the bill they never sent. Now, a midwife in the ER who is trying to force me to pay over $700 because they don't actually honor their negotiated rate with Cigna. I hope I NEVER set foot in your facility again. We have our brother at Erlanger and very dissatisfied with what is going on too many Dr's involved, can't get a straight answer just lost all faith in the Dr's and Erlanger Shelia Smith were in room 9116 can't wait till we are out of here never come back ! ! ! !
Walked in my mothers room and found her a mess... This is just terrible... they are so uncaring... ��
