On Thursday August 24, 2017 as I arrived up on the hospital on the 7th floor I was treat well & the night shift nurse treat me well and was very friendly ever the Doctor took time out to be patient with me I love you all I was In room 7106 and they treat my fiance wonderful and find time to help me get him some good foods for the past 3 days I was soo happy I was treat well and take care of me yall took the time out to come to make sure I'm ok yall rock I definitely will come back
I recently gave birth here and I must say all my nurses In labor and delivery went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I'm not sure of last names but kristi, stephanie,and Laurie we the best. Ms. Laurie even held my hand while I got my epidural because I was so nervous. Stephanie was very friendly and bubbly and little did she know help calm me down a lot due to her bubbliness. Kristi helped me push and encouraged me to keep pushing when I wanted to give up. Had my first Grand child there. They did an amazing job..every one was very kind and helpful..made for a scary experience much better because she came at 36 weeks. Her Dr (Brody) was the absolute best! The staff was great with my daughter as a pt and great with the baby as well..over all great job.!
They took good care of my husband. They nurses were so kind and treated my husband and I with respect.
i am completely disappointed at how at the vulnerable time in our lives, we get picked to have the people to take care of us that their care standard is at a 0. I understand everyone has an emergency, We arrived in the emergency room at around 10pm several people arrived AFTER, not as severe ( when talking with family in the waiting room). As the waiting room empties the last thing you want to hear is "I am so sorry have you not been seen?" Love the fast attention from emergency room to surgery for my nephew. I drive from Atlanta expecting to see him waiting in ER. Instead he was quietly recovering from surgery in a room. The facility , nurses , and doctors were superb. So proud of Erlanger hospital.. my birthplace hospital.. my hospital!
