I wish I could put this out to the world but I don't have that many friends on FB. Let me simply say that if you have a primary care physician that does not appear to hear what you are saying or spends more time typing on their stupid computer than they do listening or examining you, FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR QUICK. This review is based COMPLETELY on a non-parking experience I just had. I had a doctor appointment today. It took 10 minutes to arrive at the hospital. LONG story short...after 40 MINUTES of looking for a parking place, I had to leave because there were NO parking places available AND there was bumper to bumper on EVERY level of not only the Medical Mall deck but also the Children’s hospital and main hospital decks. I have never been a fan of Erlanger Hospital Systems until they built Erlanger East on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga, TN. My first 3 grandchildren were born there and I was so impressed with their excellent customer service. On one occasion I even got to witness their protocol to keep infants safe. Fortunately, there was no real threat (one of the babies ankle monitors fell off), however, their process took in every inevitability and everyone did what they were supposed to do. Been up here since Friday it is now Tuesday this place is a fucking joke!!!!! No one can tell u anything about what is going on had test set up to have done at time and u wait and wait no one comes! Like today one was supposed to be done at 11 it is now after 2 and nothing! Ask nurse all she say I will let u know when they call !
