I would give 0 stars but it's not option. Charging ppl to park their car to go their scheduled dr appt is ridiculous. Especially for the low income ppl. Some ppl barely have gas to make to dr appt. now they got to pay to park. The medical mall at hospital should provide free parking to everyone with a medical appt.
The staff was very nice and caring. The hospitalist is great and so are the nurses taking care of my father. The wait in the ER was horrible and he even arrived by ambulance. The fact of the matter is Chattanooga needs larger ER space because all 3 of the major ER's are overflowing. My father was on a bed in the hallway. My husband was also the week before.
