RecommendedGreat doctors, excellent care from surgery I had there. I was totally taken care of with a great recovery from my surgery. Billing and payment processes are the worst I've ever seen. I paid my bill and they just keep taking money out of my account. #108641853 paid in full on 6/1/18. put the money back and stop the crap.
Had my nine year old there. The doctor wasn't my doctor and I had to have a C-section. The cut my bladder and told me during when I noticed my Cath was blue. The bladder can't repair itself. So for the rest of my life I'll either go to the bathroom right when I have to or pee my pants. Do NOT HAVE A CHILD AT ERLANGER!
Unbelievable that all this money spent by Erlanger Health Systems and additions being made all over Chattanooga and even Cleveland. And you simply can’t even have a small little gift shop at your oh as fancy Erlanger East to make it just a tiny bit more pleasant for your patience who are already having a hard time and their guest to help them to get better. Unbelievably DISAPPOINTED. It’s all about showing off in the media for Erlanger. Not one bit about their patients or this community!!!
Wish we could separate the ER from the rest of the hospital. The poor rating is ONLY for the ER, the ICU and other rooms/staff were very good with some nursing staff rated excellent. I would seem the only real answer to the ER problem is to hire an attorney and sue them!

Dr’s are great, nurses are caring, parking is horrible, road around for 30+minutes looking for a space. Ramp to upper lots are closed?
Went in the other day for a nasty rash with hives they didn't do a damm thing 3 hours waste of my time to be told nothing. We can do 2 days later symptoms still persist.they treated me like was some sort of junkie.hell with em ill rather suffer than go in their.to be treated like shit .as for the er bill im not paying it.why should i pay for a service i didn't receive.better off going some place else .
