Recommended5Stars in quality of care. As a teaching hospital, you will get the best care in the area. Been a patient there, including a serious brain surgery with a lengthy recovery. Also had my second child there. I simply would not go anywhere else.

Mother came in ambulance at 2:30. We are still sitting here at 8:30. Begged for aspirin about hour ago for pain. Guess having to make it. Had CT scan 3 hours ago. This is so sorry having a 78 year old woman in pain with insurance with no results.
Went in for emergency dialysis, was lied to, forgotten about then ignored for 6 1/2 hours when we were told no help was available until 5 the next morning.
Staff was great and very helpful. Except cashier in the cafeteria who looks at you like you’re crap for getting food.
My grandmother was rushed to the hospital Thursday evening by her family Doctor she didn’t receive any kind of treatment and after being admitted my family was told they couldn’t provide her with a room until Late Friday night the Doctor that has been over seeing her is Doctor Amanda C Boone she has been horrible my family has even requested to not have her which has been ignored she has no bed side manner and doesn’t know how to talk to patients and family in a caring manner she has been horrible but thank God for Laurie An... read more
I have always had a great experience at this place. But my last experience was horrofic. I have never been so humililated.. I had had a major surgery at Delkalb by Dr Jeff Cole awesome dr. I had a set back and got an abcess. As uausl I went back to delkalb and they rushed me to Erlanger in Chattanooga. They put me in the hallway. HW108 to be exact. Dr Alvarez was my miracle. Had been turned away by other surgeons in another academic science center. Care was top notch across the board: office, pre-surgery, surgery, hospital admit, follow up care, and the list goes on. #ForeverGrateful
