Terrible service. We have waited weeks to get our dishwasher fixed because it wouldn't drain. They finally show and don't have a drainage pump and need to order one. What? You show up to fix a drainage problem without drainage parts? Ridiculous.
RecommendedThe service technician had never seen what was wrong with my dishwasher before. When the water poured out he just took off and reattached one little piece and it quit leaking. The technician was friendly and really nice to talk to.

Bought a brand new washer and dryer 4 weeks ago, and already had one service call on the washer, and the dryer has no power now. So we called the after hours, and they got a technician on the phone and we told him what the issue was and he said let me go look on my truck for a part and I will call you back. Minutes go by and he calls back and says I dont have a part so it will not be until Monday. So the question is why does the advertisement say same day service!
