1 star is too much to provide to Dick Van Dyke's Service Department. My dryer stopped working in December 2019. I called and requested a service call the day after I noticed the problem. My dryer appeared to be overheating. It would run for anywhere from 5-18 minutes and then shut off. The dryer would, then, not allow me to restart it until a short period of time had passed and then...repeat. Delivery on time. I love my new refridge. This is second refridge I have purchased from them, Also washer & dryer 6 yrs. ago. No problem with anything so far. Happy customer.
The serviceman was polite, helpful, & skilled.
This is the most unprofessional place I have dealt with. not only did they botch up my dishwasher install with dripping fitting, the drain hose pinched into the side if my cabinet abd the electrical box laying on the floor. they refuse to make the install right and are trying to charge me $45 for service call. John (VP) in Springfield is a crook.
Bought a stainless steel refrigerator from an auction from 95q that they claimed was brand new. In 12-2018. Worked for 15 months and went out. repair man came to look at it and it was a 2007 model. Both computer boards was out. 900.00 to fix it. called to speak to mgr and not in on Saturday so I'm still waiting on a call 5 days later. Will never purchase from Dick Van Dyke again. or reccomend to anyone..
Can not thank you guys enough. Our refrigerator died yesterday. Dave gave us a great deal. Then he went above and beyond to add us to an already full delivery schedule to make sure we would get delivery today. My apologies to the delivery guys, but thanks Dave.
My brother bought a refrigerator from the Bloomington store, customer service has been horrible since, including a sales associate suggesting he put Vaseline on the door seal to keep the doors closed. The top freezer door opens every time he shuts the bottom door. They sent a repair man out and he said it's just that model, he has the same one and just "deals with it". The refuse to replace it, with out a $85 restocking fee...a woman who works at the Springfield store was hateful and rude to my mother when she called for ass... read more
