I have had horrible experience with DVD, after 7 years we have had to replace the washer, fridge, and dryer that we bought from them. You pay more for the “free” warranty that you never get to use because everything breaks down at 5 years and 2 or 3 months. I will never go there again. When we show the maintenance guy our broken knob on our dryer and he said oh they are known for that and pulls a box of knobs from his truck is pathetic
Terrible customer service. Billed me twice and had to come out twice and still my washing machine is leaking. Now they want to charge me again to have someone come out again! Terrible. Use a private local appliance repair. Dick Van Dyke lacks any amount of customer service skills.
The franchise is clearly worried only about making a buck and does not care about customer service at all. I was told one thing by Kyle at the home office but then three days later (after I had to keep calling back since they couldn't seem to call me) I was told something different. Regardless of trying to explain how I was getting different stories, Devin insisted she ran it all the way up management and there was nothing that could be done. I should have listened to the warnings but I have never had an issue so I pushed on. I had a tech look at my fridge in October because it was freezing some items. He was going to get back to me with a quote. Fast forward to May when I remembered yeah, what about that (he gave us some tips to avoid things being frozen so I completely forgot).
