I have been waiting since December 14th for parts for my washing machine. They do not tell you in the commercials you must pay extra to have same day service. I do not expect same day service because I did not pay for it when I bought my appliances. But I would like service provided within the same month my machine breaks.
Recommendedtook a great deal of time with us and showed us multiple choices. the 5 and 10 plan can't be beat

Terrible customer service. Tech harassed us on the phone for more payment before even looking at the washing machine. Then he couldn’t drain water out of standing machine because he didn’t bring the correct equipment. Took four phone calls to find out “it could be the timer or the transmission”. Complete waste of money and time and unbelievably rude and unprofessional.
They have now screwed me twice. My husband called them out to look at our microwave. In our opinion it was going to need a new door but did still worked. The tech looked at it proceeded to take it apart and the said oh the plastic is all broke and won’t go back together. Told us we needed to take flip the breaker because if the door shut it would run. Now we are without a microwave, out money from the service call, will have to purchase a new microwave now and are having the same issues with my refrigerator that was supposed... read more

Purchased my GE Dishwasher in 2015, within 2 weeks it stopped working and needed the motor replaced due to a “loose screw from the factory“ tearing up the motor. (This was covered under warranty) Dishwasher broke again this year needing $210 worth or repairs due to water leaking out the front, this repair did not fix all the issues still have a white film over all my dishes (was told to switch to finish tablets this did not fix the problem either) and I am now being told that it needs an additional $250 worth of repairs to g... read more
