RecommendedKnowledgeable, polite, helpful, n personable. Bought a washer n dryer set.
Salesmen (multiple) treated my wife terribly, didn’t take her concerns seriously and were extremely rude. Not helpful in the slightest. Their service guys that came to our house were excellent but I will never be going through them for another purchase after this.

AWFUL! Supposed to have a range, fridge and microwave delivered Thursday. They call me tonight (Tuesday) around 5pm to tell me that “suddenly” my range is not available. But I can take the floor model for a sliver of a discount. I’ve waited two weeks with a broken stove, they have my money (check has already cleared) and are still planning on making me wait until after Christmas for a stove. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. $45 service fee I didn't know about, wanted to charge $200 when the part was only $60. How is changing a lock on a washer going to be $140 in labor? I might as well try and find a decent washer for that price. A complete joke
