Our washer was loud so to be proactive we called to have it looked at. DVD said it needed a part which we have been waiting for now going into the second week. In the meantime they came out to work on the drum to reduce the noise while waiting for the part. Now the washer is getting water all over the floor and is in danger of ruining our hardwood floors. Service will not send anyone out to look at it for another week even though they caused it! I buy my appliances from them because of their warranty and service, but if this... read more

RecommendedOur 5 year old LG dryer quit working. DVD initially came out and diagnosed it as a sensor failure so they ordered parts and we rescheduled repair. First repair service call was cancelled because one of their technicians was sick. So we rescheduled. When they came back for the 3rd service call they misdiagnosed the problem so they ordered a motor instead of the sensor. The motor was expedited and the 4th service call happened 2 days later. Successful repair and they honored original price. Overall recommend them.
