This is the 2nd time since May (now July) that the refrigerator they sold us has gone out. No parts on the truck. No same day service. We've bought 3 appliances from them, and we're done buying from them. 2nd time we've had to wait more than 2 WEEKS for a part to come in for them to do their warranty repair. This is despicable.

I had service for the 2nd time on my 15 year old dryer (pretty good I think). Had to order a part although the tech tried everything to make it work with the parts on his truck. When he came back my basement was in a mess due to flooding and he was beyond accommodating. I would highly recommend DVD to everyone.

Better customer service after making the sale. Charged me extra for after 3pm delivery then showed up early and didn't wait around. Called and had to have it rescheduled. Then door on fridge damaged, 6-8 weeks to get a new one. waited for them to call, nothing. Almost 12 weeks later I have to call them to find out what's going on with it. Oh look they have it and can get someone out next Tuesday to fix even after I told them from the start I'm going to need it done on a Saturday due to work. We purchased a new washer and dryer about 5 years ago and have had multiple issues. Thankfully we had their warranty to replace a drum twice along with multiple other issues. Their service is terrible though. We just had a replacement drum yesterday and “required” a second person to “hold the washer”. I was charged $60 for this when it was supposed to be fully converted under warranty. I called the store and they essentially said “sorry but too bad”. They do not stand behind their products or warranties. Refrigerator broke on June 16th. 2 repairmen have been out and said it can not be fixed. Called again today and now being told they need to send a 3rd technician because he’s more qualified and soonest he can be there is July 15th. 30 days without a working fridge is not acceptable. This does not include the multiple other times they have been out to work on fridge, stove and dishwasher. Don’t waste your time or money. I just bought a new GE washer and dryer and I love them! They delivered them both Saturday morning and took my old ones away. The two guys were awesome that delivered! Great service in the store and delivery!
