We bought a brand new top of the line GE washer maybe 10 months ago. We noticed when we wash our clothes sometimes they come out with spots all over them, when this happens we always have to rewash them. It’s a big pain Bc we do double the work sometimes.
I have a electrolux dryer purchased in April of 2019 through Dick Van Dyke in Champaign. It stopped working on December 27th of 2019. The technician has now been out 4 times and has been unsuccessful in getting it to work. They keep blaming the parts supplier saying they are sending the wrong parts. After the third trip by the technician I was told they have a lemon policy and if we didn't get it fixed on the next trip I could get it replaced. Never again will I go to this place. Their service used to be excellent. Now I can’t ever get anyone to return my calls. First girl took my information and said they would call back because the computers were down. Two days later still no phone call so I called back. Finally set up an appointment and the technician came and said it would take 2 days for my part to come in. It has been a week and a half so I called back today.
We have done business with DVD several times. I have never had a complaint until now. 3.5 years ago we bought a new Samsung washer and dryer. The units themselves worked great but always seemed to break down. We spent enough money on repairs over the years we could have purchased a new unit, so we decided to buy a new set. RecommendedNever had a problem with there service or work but I don’t like all the negative reviews. Sounds like a night mare most of them. Technicians are always nice and helpful as well.

Worst experience buying my fridge here. Delayed delivery, broken pieces, damaged property. I will not ever buy anything here again and would not recommend anyone to buy from here.
