Purchased a high dollar dishwasher 4 years ago with a 10 year warranty. The drain pump went out of it and they charged me $60.00 to tell me the pump wasn’t a major component and they will not warranty it. They could fix it for $300.00 or sell me a new one. What a joke. Never again will I step foot in their door. Wasn’t the first time I had problems with them but it will be the last.
RecommendedOur old dishwasher finally quit and we went to DVD to find a new one. We had talked to Gary Zimmerman over the phone about it and so we met with him at the store. We not only were able to find a dishwasher that had all we wanted and more but for a great price as well. GZ was really helpful and we appreciated his help in picking out a new dishwasher.😀
Tomorrow will mark the 5th time a technician has come out to "fix" my washer that was purchase only months ago. Now over $200 dollars of ruined clothes, and who knows how much money spent at the laundry mat we were told that we could not speak to a manager because we weren't going through the proper channels. I am so dissapointed in this company. All we want is our money back and to move on from this awful experience. Couldn’t be anymore unhappy than I am with this store. I purchased a washer and dryer set and paid with a check that cleared a week before the delivery date. After one cancellation of delivery by them they delivered my dryer but not the washer because it was damaged in shipment. Then they can’t get the dryer to work and wanted to send a technician 3 days later to fix a brand new machine. By then I’d had enough and asked them to take the dryer back which they did AND they took my dryer vent hose which was mine! Then when I go... read more
After waiting two weeks on someone to come look at our under warranty washer then another five days to get the part and come back. We now have a washer with a new part that still won’t work. But they are going to do us a favor and stop by in the morning to hopefully fix it. We have been customers for 20 years and never had same day service. Maybe spent less on advertising and hire more service techs.
Bought a GE washer and dryer less than 6 months ago. Dryer quit working. Technician says it needs a new motor. What??? But have to order it and not sure when it will be in. Maybe on Christmas Eve. Lol. Then bring me a motor from a different unit. We can’t do that. Then bring me a new dryer. We don’t have loaners.
