I've lived at Scotsdale in Springfield, Missouri for three years with my husband, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartments are spacious with a balcony that’s perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Management is responsive, and maintenance is usually quick to address issues, weather permitting. Terrific place to live, resident manager is the best I've ever encountered here at Rosewood Village. I definitely enjoy my apartment and love the community.

Everything is great, I live at Rosewood and I have no complaints about anything. I have a great manager and I love being here.
We've been here 4 years now and still love it! Diane and Jeff are awesome and every interaction with them is personable. Even with the maintenance guys! It's a pretty quiet area, not too much happens. It's pet friendly, has a pool & gym and free internet for tenants. There's also schools, churches and a huge number of businesses located within walking distance, which is such a plus!
I have lived here with my husband for a little over a year now and just signed for year two. We love the open space, responsive maintenence and easy access to amenities. We also have a balcony!
About to resign for my third year at Scotsdale! Jeremiah is great, management is quick to tend to needs, I live in the remodeled apartments and very nice quality for the price!
I have lived at a Wooten property for almost 2 years. The complex is clean, quiet, and safe. The onsite manager and maintenance team are professional and courteous, and address issues in a timely matter. I have recently renewed my lease for another year.
