Lived here for 3 years now. Love the area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Staff is helpful and accomidating.
I have lived at Delaware on Primrose Apartments for 5 years now. The apartments are spacious, roomy, clean and comfortable. While maintenance issues are rare the maintenance crew is quick to respond and is very professional and friendly. In the summer the pool and barbeque areas are a great plus. The complex is child and pet friendly and located in a safe neighborhood. Rates are competitive.
Quite neighborhood, office is very responsive to any maintenance requests. In the middle of town and close to food and shopping!! Can't beat the affordable prices for location and the apartments are not updated but they are well taken care of and replace anything that needs to be.

A great apartment complex that with a great location in Springfield. Within a short drive of many different shopping centers, restaurants and even parks & the nature center. I’ve lived here for several years and I love my apartments. The office staff are absolutely wonderful!
I love living in this friendly and quite community. The location is perfect for that person looking to enjoy the lifestyle of living in a very bustling district of Springfield. This community is close to the best shopping, dinning and outdoor recreation (Parks/Walking trails/Missouri Nature Conservation Area. The apartments are cozy. Lots of residence have lived here for a long time. That says a lot about a property! Good Times Had By All!
I have lived here for 5+ years. There is a great pool, you can have pets, and maintenance is very fast.
