I just signed my 3rd year here at Harvard due to the comfort, cleanliness and customer service. The location is absolutely perfect for a stroll or getting around town. My neighbors are quiet, maintenance is always on top of any requests and the manager is wonderful if you ever have any questions. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something affordable, clean and cozy!!
The manager at Chesterfield Village Apartments is very nice and always helpful. I enjoy living there. The apartment is great.
The Wooten Company is secure, provides continuous upkeep, they keep the paving and striping bright in the parking area, they provide free internet, they keep the landscape looking beautiful & on point, and offer the best locations and a friendly staff.

I can log in to my renter’s portable app at any time and make a payment, place a maintenance order, or view my payment history. I appreciate that I can do these things on my own schedule. Maintenance orders are attended to in a timely manner and staff are very communicative. The amenities are always clean and ready to be used. I don’t regret choosing Wooten!

Living in the Rosewood Village apartments is a pleasure! The property manager is easily available to answer questions and quickly address concerns. The grounds and pool are maintained efficiently. The maintenance team is quick to respond to issues, neighbors are from a variety of backgrounds and are always considerate. For all these reasons, I recommend the Rosewood Village apartments.
Thanks for the good experience I have here. No place is perfect, while it's a good compromise.
