I'm going into my third year living here. There are a lot of stores and restaurants that are convenient. Also, it's close to where I work. Pretty safe and for the most part quiet.
I have lived here for a couple of years now and I really like it, they have a swimming pool, dog park and great management.
Great aparments and area!
We have enjoyed our time at Delaware on Primrose. They provide washer and dryer hookups and have a dishwasher. The apartments are close to restaurants and stores and in a great location overall. The only problem we have faced would be not being responded to quickly enough about maintenance issues, but they always get around to fixing it. Exciting to sign another year's lease!
I’ve lived here 14 years and continue to be pleased. The office responds to issues and concerns promptly. Maintenance is always friendly and competent. The grounds are well kept. Close to many stores. On the bus line. We’ll done!

The apartments are very good they are close to all the shopping places that you need and the office staff help you as best as they can and work hard getting things fixed
I love it here! It is always so quiet, and I have never had any problems. Anytime I needed help, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend it.
