I love my apartment because it is close to everything that I enjoy. I enjoy spending time at the dog park, grilling, and the apartment swimming pool. All of my neighbors are friendly. The staff are always helpful and nice and when I need them. Sometimes I call for maintenance and it takes longer then expected. but I know they’re short staffed. I enjoy every thing that everybody does to keep our apartment community clean and peaceful. Krissy S

I love living at Delaware Primrose Apartments! It has a great location that is accessible to public transportation! Apartments are spacious! I love the dog park! You will love it here!
I love the location of these Apts. close to a million places but also some beautiful neighborhood to walk or jog in. My apartment is really nice. I like that they have a pool and a dog park. The landlord is nice and helpful. The only thing that I don't like is there is hardly any maintenance people available at all. No one on site and it tends to take a while to get anything done, usually only very important things are a little quicker. It’s a nice place to live, the only downfall is right now there’s no maintenance on property.
I have lived in my apartment for 4 years and I live it. It is close to everything and Catrina the office manager is very nice.
These apartments are in good condition with little problem. Our apartment has it's little issues here and there, but the overall quality of the complex is top notch. Washer and dryer hookups, fridge, stove and oven, dishwasher are all included. There's a dog park, playground, black top, laundromat, and pool that make living here incredibly nice.

I've lived here for a long time and I love it here the office staff is always fast at getting back with me and I love how they keep the property looking good
