I’ve been living at Scotsdale apartments for over 3 years, and it’s been a great experience overall. The management team is responsive and professional, always addressing maintenance requests quickly and thoroughly. The property is well-kept, close to everything, landscaped grounds, and amenities like a nice little pool and laundry room that are genuinely useful and well-maintained.My daughters love living here and feel safe!
I have lived at Rosewood Village for awhile now. I had a few issues with the old unit I was in and asked to be transferred to a new unit. I was living in the basement apartment and I am now on the 3rd floor. Morgan was so helpful with making everything go so smoothly with my transfer. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. The maintenance crew has also been very helpful anytime I have had something I needed fixed.
I love SCOTSDALE APPARTMENTS. Everyone is so kind and if we have a problem, it gets fixed fairly quickly. The price is fair. The pool is amazing to swim in as well. overall me and hubby loves this place.

Chesterfield Village Nice complex with affordable rates and a superb location. Beautiful neighborhood and streets, lined with architecturally unique shops and restaurants.
I have lived at Rosewood since May 2023. The move in process under a few different property managers was difficult but since Morgan has been the property manager things have gone smoothly. She is very communicative and quick to respond to any questions and address concerns. I have enjoyed my time living here and would recommend it to anyone looking.
