the delware on primrose apartments are a really great and safe place to live and its close to everything i need and it have a city bus stop a cross the street that really helps me if i need the bus to go any where and the apartments are great and have a lot of room in them to move aroung in ant the staff are really great.thanks linda johnson

Love living here. Property is clean, well maintained, and quiet. Been here 6 years. Look forward to 6 more!
I have lived here for three years and just signed a lease for a fourth. It is in a very convenient location and close to a lot of stores/shopping centers. Even with the close location to major roads it still feels quiet and safe. The management can be hard to reach by phone, but always takes care of problems, questions and concerns in a timely manner.
