The Wooten Co. took over for our apartment complex here in Battlefield or Southwest Springfield rather and they have totally been probably the worst landlords I’ve ever seen or had in my life! They have raised the rent three times in the last year it feels like at least in the last two years. Their pet policy is freaking ridiculous. They won $1000 deposit for any pets plus extra rent every month. LMAO. Not to mention if anything goes wrong in your apartment and needs fixed. Delaware on Primrose is a great place to live. We have a dog park, a basketball court, children's playground and swimming pool. Lots of shopping nearby, most within walking distance. Management is very helpful and nice. We have lived here for 4 yrs. We love it here!
This is our fifth year at Chesterfield Village Apartments. Family friendly, close to restaurants and shops.
I very much enjoy living here. The properties are nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since it is right by hwy 65, you can pretty quickly get anywhere you want to around town. If you are thinking about it I would highly recommend checking it out!

The apartments are close to Walmart, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, eye doctor and hearing aid center. There is a senior center close by. Republic is conveniently located close to Springfield, Branson and Lake of the Ozarks for fishing, boating and entertainment.
My parents have lived in Oak Court Apartments in Republic, Mo for the last 7 years. They are conveniently located to Walmart, Aldis, groceries, doctors, pharmacy, dentist, eye doctors and many restaurants. Republic is a growing community that has alot of new growth with the addition of Amazon that is creating new jobs. Republic has great schools, a new water park and many parks and trails. Have lived at Quail Ridge for a year, recently renewed our lease. This is a safe, quiet, respectful community. The town house is spacious and reasonably priced. Remodeled a few years ago, well kept, almost immediate response to any need. The managing staff is attentive and responsive. Weekly ground maintenance and well cared for pools.
