We have enjoyed our time at Delaware on Primrose. They provide washer and dryer hookups and have a dishwasher. The apartments are close to restaurants and stores and in a great location overall. The only problem we have faced would be not being responded to quickly enough about maintenance issues, but they always get around to fixing it. Exciting to sign another year's lease!
I’ve lived here 14 years and continue to be pleased. The office responds to issues and concerns promptly. Maintenance is always friendly and competent. The grounds are well kept. Close to many stores. On the bus line. We’ll done!

The apartments are very good they are close to all the shopping places that you need and the office staff help you as best as they can and work hard getting things fixed
I love it here! It is always so quiet, and I have never had any problems. Anytime I needed help, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend it.
Delaware on Primrose is a wonderful little apartment complex. The price is very fair and the management team is great! Wooten has also been investing in both new amenities, like the new dog park, and repairing current ones, like getting the ADA ramps remade for better access. The maintenance team is also really good. They're very reasonable on response times and will stick to the times they tell you they'll be there. Been living since renewing my lease, started my 7th year. The location here is great, close to everything, and they added a dog park here so our dog Roxie can run around . She loves it, and the Manager and maintance are wonderful .If starting up a family, Delaware on Primrose is the place.
